Emily Horsman is a welcoming and highly organised member of the team at Hugh Reilly Real Estate, working in Reception and Administration. With a strong background in property management, real estate administration, and customer service, Emily plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Having worked within a busy real estate environment, Emily brings valuable experience in client communication, database management, sales support, and office coordination. Her time in property management has also given her a solid understanding of tenant and landlord relationships, property processes, and industry legislation, allowing her to provide knowledgeable and efficient support to both clients and colleagues.

Emily is known for her friendly and professional manner, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. She takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and creating a positive first impression for everyone who connects with the Hugh Reilly Real Estate team.

Having recently relocated from South Australia to the Mackay region, Emily is excited to be part of a growing team and to contribute to providing exceptional real estate service within the local community.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and settling into life in her new surroundings.
